Nikon FA with 50mm lens and 2X macro converter.
2 Cobra flash guns place in front and to the side.
The Wasp was captured and placed on a twig in my back garden. The Camera was set up ready on a tripod, and i fired off around 10 frames before the Wasp flew away.The slight over exposure on the right of the Wasp is due to a bad scan at my local photo store. The negative is spot on, and i hope to get a rescan as soon as i can. Larger then the last post of the Wasp.

I can forgive the bad scan because it is such a fab composition of just the wasp and the thorn. Thanks for showing us.
