beautiful picture of this red Pyrochroa. Well presented from this point of view and with respect to the background. Exellent composition, framing and colours. A little more sharpness would have been nice.

i am more interested in images than insects per se...so this is good for me
bright and contrasty colours make me like this shot of an interesting bug..and its simplicity of construction...just a big antennae, mouth parts..mobility head and body..
the diffusion..is that the focussing effect you refer to..?

il semblerait que ton lien ne fonctionne pas,je vais donc en mettre un que j'ai trouver de mon cote ici .
le BG est parfaitement flou et de plus je vois que tu as fais ton cadre en opposant le mauve du coin superieur droit.pour cela PS est super.
la couleur de l'insecte est bien naturelle et vive,de plus j'aime les details des antennes.

this is a great image. clear and sharp. i love the contrast of the smooth texture of the bug against the seemingly rough texture of the leaf.

oui, ok, d'accord, il n'est non seulement beau ton coléoptère mais la photo est réussi sur tous les plans. L'animal que je connais aussi est petit et agile, donc ce n'était pas facile. Mes compliments!
