Nice capture. The hard light during midday is apparently unavoidable. Could you add the scientific name of the species in your notes (Oryx gazella)? Not everybody is fluent in Italian ;-).
I like the reflection and the picture has a good focus.

I repeat once again that your images of Namibia are your finest collection, Andrea. This is a beautiful image of this animal reflected on water which itself reflects the blue colour of the sky, creating a lovely contrast with the earth colours.

This is indeed great and captured at a very nice time.
The reflection on the water is simply lovely, the details are clear and sharp, the colors wonderful and the exposure very well managed.
