[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I've re posted this photo here (its on TE too) as it gives others an idea how rich in flowers and hay meadows Eastern Europe is. mOST OF THE HAY IN THIS AREA IS STILL CUT BY HAND USING A SCYTHE. The result is plenty of insect life and a huge diversity of flowering plants which is more than can be said for 99% of western europe were we piddle about with the tiny scraps that have not been murdered by the EU farm grants which have to the most part fattened the pockets of large landowners to the exclusion of the small farmer. Guess you've worked out that I am not that impressed with the EU farming policies.
So theres my rant.
