Hello Anne..Lovely capture of a comma but I think a lot of cropping and sharpening could make this an outstanding image..The butterfly has a great POV and has posed perfectly for you. I'll try a workshop and see how I would change it if you dont mind. Well done!

Hi Anne.
I like very much this capture.Butterfly has perfect position.Used are very good angle look,nice sharp details on main subject.Pleasant light gives beautiful natural colours.I like composition too,only I think as though butterfly might be more to left and because yellow flowers is there enough so from my opinion smaller cut never mind.See my workshop,if the like.

You nice shot is very interesting for TN members looking at quantity of workshops. I like it so much too. Very expressive line of yellow flowers, perfect sharpness and colours of the butterfly, exact DOF and impressive POV. BG look very well too. My compliments and TFS.

This is a very beautiful butterfly captured very nicely here by you.
The POV is excellent - showing it with its wings wide opened, the details are clean and clear and the colors lovely.
Also the composition is great, presenting the butterfly in its natural habitat.

Voilá un joli papillon que je n'ai encore jamais pu admirer en vrai - j'apprécie d'autant plus cette photo. Les détails et les couleurs sont magnifiques, tout comme la pose du papillon. Il aurait peut-être fallu couper un peu à gauch et en bas, pour éviter que le papillon ne soit au centre de l'image, mais cela reste une trés belle photo que j'aime beaucoup. Félicitations !

ich habe noch nichts gesagt über diese tolle Aufnahme von Dir, aber schon ein paar mal darüber nachgedacht, warum sie eigentlich so gut ist, abgesehen vom schönen Sujet. Heureka, jetzt habe ich etwas gefunden: der Falter ist genau im Fokus, und alle Blumen darunter leicht unscharf, das fügt Perspektive ins Bild. Genial. ce papillon est très bien cadré. Depuis que je l'ai découvert près de chez moi, il me plais particulièrement. La forme de ses ailes dentellés et sa couleur de camouflage lorsqu'il ferme les ailes.

Por algún motivo que desconozco, había perdido hasta ahora esta bella composición Anne, con un punto de vista maravilloso, donde las flores tiene tanta importancia dentro de la escena como la mariposa, con apropiada profundidad y foco, realzado por el difuso fondo y la correcta iluminación.
Me gustan los colores captados, intensos pero no saturados innecesariamente.
Mis mejores deseos y Feliz Año Nuevo!.

For some reason that I ignore, it had lost this beautiful composition up to now Anne, with a wonderful point of view, where the flowers have so much importance inside the scene like the butterfly, with appropriate depth and focus, enhanced by the ddiffuse bottom and the correct illumination.
I like captured colors, intense but not saturated unnecessarily.

Your butterfly is amazingly sharp Anne. I think I agree with some of the others about showcasing the butterfly a little more. I think I prefer Milos' version.

Je suis encore jaloux, un deuxième "Robert le diable" dans votre gallerie et moi tujours zéro ;-)
Il est superbe au milieu des fleus jaunes. Belles couleurs, bonnes netteté et profondeur de champ. Je penche aussi pour un recadrage gauche+bas pour décentrer le beau papillon...
Compliments à ma voisine Suisse.
