Hi Pam,
Pretty picture, perfectly compound, and of great difficulty in its accomplishment, a beautiful species of great flights. Congratulations.
Salutacions cordials.

Hi Pam, this is incredible detail for a flying bird, and the depth of field is extremely good as well. Amazing.

Thanks, John

Hi Pam

Another terrific shot from you!
This in-flight is simply wonderful!
The details and focus are impecable - the head of this gannet is perfectly sharp and the spot-on exposure gave you a great set of colors and tones throughout hte entire frame.
Excellent POV and DOF, great lighting and composition.
Very well done!

Bravo and TFS

PS: even if it's a bit expensive, would you recomend this lens? or do you have, by any chance, a cheaper option?

Hi Pam,
This is agreat in-flight shot with very good details and exposure. Maybe a bit tight in the front but nevertheless it's a great picture.
And 1/42000 sec, that must be the fastest shutter speed in histoty ;-))).
Beautiful work, my friend.

Ooh, Lovely sharp in-flight capture, Pam!
The thumb-nail suggested just another NZ Gannet shot, but on looking at it I realised that this is an excellent capture, sharp, fine pos. of head and well composed.
TFS, best wishes, Ivan

Gannet are always a beautyfull shot and this one is great too, I have nothing to tell you, except great job, Pam.

bonjour pam
un peu trop serré dans le cadrage mais d'une netteté impeccable.

Very beautiful in flight, Pam.

Hola Pam,
Esto si que es un fotón de gran calidad, lo tiene todo, composición, nitidez, luz y fondo. Saludos

Great POV nice exposure on the whites Sharp detail excellent shot I think a touch more space expanded lower left corner would make a stronger composition Very well done and best rgds Necip.

I know how difficult a shot like this can be (I've failed capturing a similar subject). Yours is perfect - handled timing exceptionally well, colours - excellent, bg - great. I wonder how would the picture look with a bit more space infornt of the bird (creating the feeling that it will continue to fly instead of just being a subject).

Hello Pam
WOW,GREAT photo,excellent colours and sherpness,Well done,regards,TFS

Hi Pam,

Very sharp and very well frozen action. I would however have allowed some more space in the front for breathing space. Other than that; excellent.

Nice inflight, You did a great job!
