Hi Peter.
Next your fantastic (not only in its beauty) picture. Even in studio it is difficult (or impossible) to create such amazing composition. The back light is tremendous too. It creates a very expressive esthetic effect. BG is the separate story. Its colour tones highlights your main subject extremely well. You are great creator, dear Peter. Superb work. My congratulations and best wishes.
Alexei.

Hello Peter, what a surprising and wonderful composition. Amazing that you got both butterflies sharp with only F4! Unless the difficult light you got all detail sharp. Great work, Jacob

Hello Peter,
This is a real photographic performance! Two Silver-washed Fritillaries som distance apart and good focus despite the low aperture. Not only that: the lighht is not easy but has given you fantatstic tones against a superb nearal BG.
You should enter this in a nature photographer's competition!
Well done!
TFS and best wishes, Ivan

Guten Abend Peter,

Sometimes we thank GOD for good things in our lives, you should thank DOF for this splendid shot :)
Nice work, not only DOF is good, but light was very well handled, and it was not easy. Congratulations.

Fantastic shot, with beautiful composition and excellent use of light. Amazing that you got such an extended DOF using f4. Technically superb but moreover, the shot has an artistic value that is beyond comment.

Hallo Peter,

Hello Peter!
Looks like Vienna is European Capitol of Butterflies ;-) Another great photo from you. Lovely moment with side and back views. I like composition, details and light which made leaves semitransparent. Very interesting post!

Well, my friend...you did it again ;)
This is really a rare and spectacular capture! Both angles in the same time!...amazing!
The fosud and DOF here are most impressive an deven more surprising is that you used only f/4.
The light is equaly great making all the colors and element glitter.
Very well composed, too.
Bravo and TFS

excellent light color and composition.
Unfocused green plants would have been better than an uniform grey background. Weel nothing to do about it. It is a small nit anyway.
Fantastic capture.

Cheers!!!
Ricardo
The first impression that caused me when seeing it is that existed a slight over exposure, but when observing in detail, I saw the colors and contrasts, the luminous areas and in shade so wonderful that the illumination transformed in one of the strong points of this composition dear friend.
The beauty of the butterflies in all their splendor, enhanced by the perfect focus and sharpness on both, added to the collaboration of the perfect bottom, they conform an imposing piece of your talent behind your Sony.
Great point of view, great framing.... Cheers!!!
Ricardo
Well done Peter.

Hi Peter
Wow, wow, and wow. How much do you pay these butterflies for such an amazing pose? The best of all possible shots with a top view and a side view all in one.
I like this fine composition, rich and well saturated colours, crisp details, superb BG, and the amazing backlight the stream through the insects and the plants.
Very good work and TFS.
Regards
Loot
