Hi Chris

What a charming dagonfly!
I really love the patterns on its wings and the great contrast they describe.
The POV here is excellent and also shows the body and head from a nice angle, the DOF is great and blurrs the BG very nicly and the exposure is well managed.
The details are also sharp and neat, the colors are lovely and teh diagonal composition is outstanding.
Very well done!

Bravo and TFS

Hi Chris

I am unfamiliar with this red-dotted character so thanks for introducing me to it. It sure is a lovely dragonfly and you presented it in all its glorious beauty. I really like those flashy red spots and the dark areas in the wings.

You made excellent use of the available light, however it do seem like you painted it a bit with a fill-in flash as well. The details are well defined and the colours are great. The BG is well removed and OOF, but I do feel there are maybe one or two bright spots that are slightly distracting, especially the one close to the head region. The composition and POV are splendid.

Good work and TFS.
