I like this image because the leaf appears to be at once floating and motionless.
It is floating in water.
While I was canoeing down the Nanaimo River, the sun was behind a tree (no glare) and this leaf came into view quickly but not too fast for a Canon camera.
The orange subject and green background make a nice complement to give illusion of depth.
