Cradle Mountain is found in a huge national park in the middle of Tasmania. A sign next to where I took the photo says that there are only 35 beautiful days in the year here and I was lucky to experience 2 of them. But I wasn't so lucky because after taking these shots, I opened the wrong camera (I had 2 the same) to put in a new film. Not knowing what I'd lost, I got up at 5am the next morning to take more shots. You'll see the result tomorrow. Anyway, on developing the films back home, I discovered that all was not lost on the evening shots and this one was saved.

It's an excellent shot Antonio, the colours are superb. I'm tempted to crop off some of the bottom but to be honest I can't make up my mind. The clouds are great too, well done.

Great landscape Toni. Wonderful colours, great composition. I would like to visit this place - you show me something miraculous!

Beautiful landscape captured very well. Great light and colours. Well done!

This is beautiful Antonio.
With shots like this,I find it can be hard to decide where to direct the focus. Obviously a middle point gives a greater overall DOF. Sometimes I'm tempted to focus on the distant mountains, sometimes closer.
You've gone for the middle here by the looks of it, and it works well. A great scene. Thanks for posting.

There is a beautiful range of elements in this scene. My eye feasts on the offerings here, which work together well, giving great satisfaction in the observation. Thank you for sharing it with us.

2 fois la chance! La 1ère, c'est d'avoir eu du soleil ce jour là et la 2ème, c'est d'avoir pu souver ta photo. Elle en a doublement de la valeur. Super photo!

You captured the scenen very well, and the dramatic clouds make it really grab attention. I think you may need to scan your pictures at higher resolution, however - this and the equally beautiful shot of the yellow field with deep blue sky are not nearly as sharp on the screen as I imagine the originals are.
