I did a free transform with photoshop then adjusted the exposure and levels. Later I cropped the image and did cloning. And also neat image free on BG. Hope its OK now.
The main subject of your picture are the patterns of the clouds. That's why I suggest to crop the summit of the mountains. They don't add anything valuable to the picture.
