| Intro: | I am a 24 year old soon-to-graduate college student. I am currently living in Austria, but my heart is in Greece pretty much all the time. I enjoy traveling and being outside ... and of course I love photography. I started photography about 5 years ago when I got my first own digital compact camera. Back then I didn't know a thing about the technical aspects of photography. I wasn't at all familiar with the vocabulary and the word "aperture" might just as well have been the term for a disease of some kind. However, I have since done a lot of reading on the subject. And I have just recently upgraded to a DSLR camera. I don't consider myself a professional by any means. Who am I kidding??? I'm probably not even an amateur and I still need to learn A LOT about photography ... but I'll get there ... eventually. My favorite subjects are landscapes of all kinds and flowers... I am particularly fond of sunset shots and shots taken somewhere by the sea. I love photography as a means of capturing those precious little moments that life throws at me. I take my camera with me wherever I go because life is full of beautiful moments and you never know when you are going to stumble across one of them. Anyway, I hope you enjoy my gallery!!! |
