| Intro: | Hello everyone, I'm an amateur naturalist and nature photographer from the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois USA. I've been taking nature photos since the 1970's, used 35mm cameras, mainly a Nikkormat FT-2 back in the old days, and moved to digital in 1999. I purchased my first digital SLR in May of 2004, a Nikon D70, which has served me well. I recently added a Nikon D90 body to my photographic arsenal. I enjoy learning about and photographing everything associated with nature, but my strongest subjects are plants and mushrooms. Thanks, John | |
