Me a patient man? Don't know. Once I ruined a digital camera by throwing it on the ground because of suddenly empty batteries the moment I wanted to take a rare capture.
This time it was easier. New cameras don't consume that much power than the old ones did.
And cool weather and a strong breeze made the butterflies clinging to the blossoms, and easy to approach. The only thing asking for my patience was the flower moving frantically up in down in the wind. As fas is I remember I took hold of the stem with my free hand here to keep the target more stable in front of the lens.
Geting older we just get more practice and experience. Instead of patience.
