|Hello Miss Anna,
I thank you for the critique, this image was not at all the best I have taken at this location, just the first with digital of Multnomah. Yes, the taste of the mist was hitting me and my lens full on as many of my images were spotted from the mist. The wind that Multnomah throws off her face is often unforgiving as any vantage point to capture her beauty is often met with her tears, and believe me, there are a lot of them!
I enjoyed reading your front page and the story of the bird, do not ask me how many unfocused images I have taken, LOL----------
Today as well, I had taken a few that appeared correctly focused, but camera shake and unsteady ground with snow is a match for the best of us.
I'll watch for your posts and welcome to TN, it is a great site as are the other two. I found myself doing exactely what you were saying on the critique, siting before the computer and viewing everyone else's work instead of accomplishing your own.
Have A Great New Year, and thanks again,
