I'm sorry to say but I don't agree with you on this. The main aim of this site is to learn about nature through photography and without the house in the picture we can't fully do this. The house gives us a sense of scale that improves our understanding of the size and potential power this wave can have. So although you may think that your rules are being followed you are actually going against the principle reason this site was formed.
I have also looked through the TOS and I can't see anywhere that says photos are not allowed to include a non-natural element, but you can correct me here if I am wrong by showing me where it is.
