The camera I'm using is a videocam. I use it for braodcast quality video shoots. I use it mostly for chistian programs and music videos which also get onto TV. It has a still image feature which I use. The maximun resolution it allows me is 1152 x 864.
It has what it says is 12x zoom. Because I'm still an amateur, you could tell me more about that. Whether it is optical or digital I don't know.
I used to have a Canon S40 which took very nice pictures but I lost it and I also have a little Sony cybershot which I dont even try to use because it has no zoom. One of these days I'll take the plunge and get myself a decent digital SLR and some lenses then hopefully post some good quality pics.
