Thank you for the positive feedback on the critique format, I think it definitely forces me to really consider all aspects of a shot, I can always add/adjust the headings if I need to later, they take much longer to write hence my critiques will be fewer, but quality has got to be better than quantity!

I don't think it mattered you were in AF-S mode because with the flash you can only take individual shots, therefore making AF-C obsolete in this instance.

The shutter will only go up to 1/250 but can go as slow as 1/60 in aperture priority mode. I am not sure how much of an improvement you would get with a change of aperture, it does not seem to my eye an issue of depth of field but motion blur. You will have to wait till it's brighter!

I'm off to bed, was in school today and have files to complete for handing in tomorrow, hooray can't wait! ;)
