Thanks for your suggestions, but my monopod was in my tent at that moment. And normally I don't need it, because I've got a fast hand. But you got right.
The photo is a lot better than the original, thanks to photoshop. But when there are no details, you can get no details.
My camera was new at that time, only a few weeks. The D70 was broken just before this trip. So I had and have to learn how I can make the best out of it.
On the other hand, almost all my photos of Ethiopia were good.
