You are right, the effect is particularly seen at the antennae.
Sharpening after pixel reduction is clearly a balancing act and
usually I try my best. Obviously, I was a bit careless this time.
I also overlooked an artifact emerging from the chip. You can see
a stright line running from the blossom to the bottom of the picture.
