Hi Ram, thanks for the critique as well as showing an interest in my image.
The head is on the left, it has all the yellow horn like appendages. The tail end is similar to most horn worms and has one horn that looks like a stinger. If you look closely at its head you can see what I assume are two black eyes, just above its mouth.
