| Actually this color is pretty true to reality, in fact at times I have seen it much, much brighter, so much so that it lights up the snow and surrounding forest. It can be truly remarkable. This display was actually not that bright compared to some I've seen. The long exposure, mostly allows the exposure to compensate for the darkness. |
