When it comes to gear my tripod with 2 heads weights about 5kg, then there is a backpack with camera body, 4 lenses, bunch of filters, flasgun (just in case), data bank and some small accessories like remote cord, spirit level, extra batteries, cleaning stuff etc. Add some waterproof jacket and you have about 10kg :)
