I was also thrilled with all that living colours in front of me, and so close...
I must say that I see almost every day this birds flying over my city, -even over my house-, usually they did in pairs while make its characteristic high noise.
You can see them early in the mornings ( I almost never seen at this time, due to sleep reasons :-) ) or late at the sunset.
I did try a couple of times to catch these in flight, but is so difficult, they flight very high and quick.
Perhaps when will have a good zoom and more expertise...you can identify they clearly due to the large characteristic tail and the loud noise.
