Hi Goldy. A nice dedication to Bayram i sure he will be able to give you an ID. You have taken a fine close up with fine detail in the rough looking skin. With natural colours. It looks like you had bright light to work with which you have done so well. TFS.

Hi L'il Bro Goldy,
Thanks a lot for this pleasant dedication to me. I loved it.
Perfectly composed and focussed... very succesfull capture indeed. It is absolutely an Amagidae family member but i could not write its exact id since i am not familiar with Indian herptiles brother.
All the best! Have a nice WE!

Hi Bro Goldy,
A wonderful lizard for our brother Bayram. A 5,000 feet drop? I'm glad you stayed where you were. You had a fine view and managed a terrific shot. Good colors and details and a great pose on the rock. I love his face and skin. The pretty blue sky makes a beautiful background. A super composition too.

This unmistakenly looks like the summit or peak of something; there is just the sky beyond.
I am intrigued by the similarity of texture on the rock and the lizard. Could that be camouflage?
A pretty interesting shot, Goldy.
Keep it going.

Yikes, you were close to the cliff to capture this little lizard. It's was probably safer for the cute little lizard to stay a ways back. 5000 feet is a long way down. This is a very nice portrait Goldy.

The subject is well framed. The point of view is showing with precision the details and colors of the lizard on the rock. The luminosity has a good effect on the colors. have a nice day.

nicely expressive pose of that Agama lizard taken against the sky, perfectly composed! Feeling giddy when considering the very exposed place the picture was taken. Thank you.

I very much like this view of the lizard: it shows the sharp, long nails on the left front leg - as well as the "spikes" on the left back leg in profile.
I am fascinated by the "jawline" and wonder, if the pattern serves as a sort of defense i.e. pretending to be a row of teeth?!?
The body colours match the rock and serve obviously as a perfect camouflage.
The big sized eyes and ears are quite amazing, normally found on animals, who live a "night life".
All in all an interesting lizard; did you see if it had a tail?
Enjoy the rest of your evening,
