Hello Guillaume,
that's a female "l'Aurore" (in English: Orange Tip, Latin: Anthocharis cardamines). The females do not show any orange colour on their wings, but the rest is the same as with the males.
And that's a well composed, nice and lively picture. The details of the wings are a bit soft, but the focus is well set on the head. Welcome to TN!

Like Peter writed it's an Anthocharis cardamines (Linnaeus, 1758), a female.
Known as Orange Tip in english.
Very rare in Portugal.
Very beautiful colours and BG!
