[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture is a special case. I took about 4 pictures of this web which was under a small rock cave. I found that if I used the flash the web lit up so beautifully. The problem is, I'm just not happy with the way this photo looks. The web itself is amazing, but I can't figure out a way to PP this picture to make it really work. Does it need to be rotated? Cropped? Does anyone else feel the same way I do about this photo?

I rather like this POV, Brian.
It is unusual and makes you take a second look,
but that is what makes it so interesting.
When I first saw the thumbnail, I saw it was a picture of the galaxy. : P
The flash does bring out the colors and details beautifully.
A quite successful experiment, I would say. : )
TFS. : )

hi Brian,

i think already this is very nice.
i don't think that for this you need to exchange something.

Nice shot! You've captured this spider's web nicely, the colours are key I think. I think you're right about a tighter crop - definitely take some off the top. Since the colours are important, maybe bump up the saturation a little too? Not quite sure about the orientation, try rotating it ~1CCW and see what you think... Have a look at my Workshop and see what you think! Well captured :D

This looks like my old 36 string Ibanez Guitar, damn your good! You outdid me, I now only have a six string Joe Satriani series. Actually this is really a great shot. I wouldn't worry too much about PS CS it's more in the picture itself that you capture at first. :)
