I might have been tempted to decrease the blues, I'm SO glad you didn't. It's beautiful and you can almost feel the cold air.

Hello Sky,
Thank you for sharing this one. I've never been face-to-face with a glacier...Can you believe it ;)
Well done!

Salut Sky
Très jolie prise de vue de ce Glacier avec ces superbes couleurs avec ces montagnes enneigées en arrière plan.Très belle composition.
Merci et au revoir....JP

It must be an elevating experience to look at the glacier of this magnitude, Sky. It looks enormous, distant and cold with that mist hovering over the mountains. I have seen and crossed many glaciers in the Himalayas but nothing compares with this brute.
The image is very well captured and conveys the mood effectively.
Thanks for sharing this grand image from the other end of the earth I would never see with my own eyes.

Hello Sky!
Now I see the similarity to Spitsbergen's landscapes! You were right! This could be on Spistbergen (or othe Arctic regions)! :>
And really this is really beautiful photo, The ice clifs are well seen (anyway, how many meters do they have?), colours are fantactic and the POV great composed.
Best greetings,
Radomir

Hi Sky,
Fantastic shot. So refreshing and blue all round. The mist on the glacier and the chill environment almost hits you. Very nicely composed. Kudos.

Hi Sky

A very interesing post an a rather rare sight on TN - a glacier.
The colors and tones here really give out the cold atmosphere from there. I like the perspective of your shot, though. Despite using a zoom lens, you really managed to give a great impression of the massive size of this place.
Very well done!

Bravo and TFS

Hello Sky

It looks like a giant ice wave, the air trapped in the ice gives it that wonderful blue colour.Well composed with well saturated colour.A beautiful shot.TFS
