[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A Crab spider with Blue Banded Bee.
The flower is Asystasia gangetica.
Bit busy with work and not many subjects these days in my backyard. This one I captured last year end, found this crab spider (Id not known) holding on to the bee whose mouth parts seen clearly, it was dead when I saw this action.

Wonderful subject, and great picture with lots of details. The spider is probably Thomisus daradioides. And yes, the bee had been dead for a while, because the spider always catches it by the back of the neck first, killing it instantly. It then starts sucking the fluids there, only changing the location of the bite after a while...

Hello Nagraj.
Superb image demonstrating the nature cycle. The details and focus are just brilliant.
Thanks and have a nice day.

Hello Nagaraj
such a lively moment upon seeing the action. Well presented in excellent sharpness. The scenery is so special and how I like this different angle of subjects, under the flower.
Well seen.

Hello Nagaraj,
Both the crab spider and the Blue-banded Bee are seen with fine sharpness, DOF and natural colours, but I especially like the details of the bee, showing the proboscis that stuck out during its capture. Great BG and composition too.
Thanks and best regards,
