Looks like you had a great time in Japan photographing these beautiful Snow Monkeys. These uniquely colored monkeys are quite attractive and I especially like seeing a mother in such a tender moment with her young. Super sharp focus allowing us to view her gorgeous coat in fine detail. Exposure is right on the money and I like the vertical framing.
The fencing seems a bit distracting, so I wanted to try a WS. Hope you don't mind.

Master, it is amazing to see the tied rocks behind that grandmama of humanity, nice catch.
The famous japanese snow monkeys! Nice sharp photo with excellent eye contact and composition. While the wire in the background is distracting as Ron mentions, it does show that these animals are well adapted to the human environment.
