A view of the Pennine Hills which run up the centre of the north of England, these hills seperate Yorkshire and Lancashire, This view is taken from the Yorkshire side, near to Digley Reservoir high up above Holmfirth. The road which can be seen in the road which snakes across these hills to Mnachester, this is often blocked in the Winter from Snow. The Tall mast is the Holme Moss TV mast which broadcasts BBC TV and Radio to the majority of Yorkshire.

Nice landscape with beautiful green tone.

Ah now, this is what I'd call James Herriot country ;-)) Beautiful capture with the dry stone wall in the foreground and the pattern of greens fading into the distance. I think I'd clone out that TV mast, though ;-)
