[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
A wet common Myna (Acridotheres tristis) from a south Indian countryside. There was a heavy thunderstorm just before this picture was taken. I really liked the fluffy, damp, outer feathers of the bird and the soft, diffuse evening light at that moment.

Hello Ravi,
Though the focusing is a bit soft, I like the colours and composition of this shot of a Common Mynah, the black of the bird contrasting well with the reddish earth BG.

Great shot of the myna looking at you. Good colour and detail with a slight sharpen and using curves to lighten the image in workshop.
