Great to see the gannet spangled rocks and your beautiful capture from Muriwai.Imagine the likes of us who live so far away see the virgin beauty of a land tucked away in distant NZ, thanks to you.
The blue tones here looks marvellous and the PoV wonderful and appealing.

nice to learn about spring in NZ with a great seascape shot from Maori Bay. I enjoy very much to see this beautiful scene with your great post. It is nicely composed and framed by rocks. Bluish colors on sky and sea, wavy sea and fantastic colored clouds great. I'd like to gannets in close plan, maybe by your next posts.

Wouldn't it be nice to have sound with a photo. I am sure that the noise created by the Gannets is huge. And maybe even overpowering the sound of the surf bashing against the rocks.
I really like this photo. The way you used the gannets as a FG element and still show is a lot of the landscape is great. I do hope to see more gannets shots from you soon.

It's been such fun watching the changing seasons in NZ. Looks like summer isn't far away. A beautiful scene with the sea framed by the rocks. It looks like a lot of Gannets have made their way back. The surf hitting the shore, the colors of the water and sky are just magnificent.

This is a superb beautifully composed view of their nesting sites with a great view of the coast and the rollers between the two rock stacks. The lighting is superb here too.
