Hello Markus,
I would love such a stone in my garden!
A great shot showing the fascinating pattern in fine lighting. It reminds me of our Bronze Age carvings that are to be found in parts Scandinavia.
Thanks and have a good week,
Ivan

Hi Markus,
You have a gifted sense of choosing interesting POV's which are otherwise overlooked in general. Nicely pointed out in the note and a sharp well composed picture.
Sincerely,
Subhayan.

Bonsoir Markus,

Grazie e complimenti
Ti auguro una buona settimana
Ciao Maurizio

Hello Markus,
Indeed beautiful markings in this stone. The black lines are also very interesting. Good sharpness and choice of composition. Very good title.

Hola Markus,
Buena semana: Josep Ignasi.

Hi Markus,
You have amazed me once again. Not only do I see the Knight but he seems to be waving a cross. This looks like a fine stone sculpture. The quality is excellent with wonderful details and shadings. The framing enhances this work of art.

Good Morning Markus,
i always envy you on discovering all hidden beauties in nature and this is not exceptional in that way. Very impressive! The shadows in stripes nicely leads us into the shot, and the texture on the sculpture are wonderful MF!
TFS and have a nice new week!
Cheers,
Bayram

Hi Markus,
A nice captured abstract of stone which looks to me like a ancient cave painting. Very well thought and well composed shot with nice light. Thanks a lot for sharing.

Lieber Markus,

Hello Markus,
This does indeed look like some ancient piece of Art! A brilliant capture showing interesting details and I like the diagonal shadows presumably from grasses. Great framing too!
Many thanks and regards, Ulla

Lieber Markus,
Dieter
You anthropomorphise perfectly here, and it's not very often that we see you do this. This is beautifully done, as usual. Abstract in the truest sense of thre word and captured with excellent clarity - i just hope that one day you decide to exhibit these in your native homsland and awaken your fellow countrymen to the beauty that lies aruond them and your unique way of discovering it. Fascinating and beautiful my friend.

The ancient stone carving has great interest, simply by its inherent nature..
It tells a story, every good image has this quality.
I like its abstract form, and the shadows that fall across it.
They lead us back to our past :)

Yes, the prominent symbol of the Holy Cross in this abstraction from nature lends veracity to the choice of your caption, Markus.
It is a fabulous "creation" you have deciphered in the stone which, by virtue of its grey colour and rough texture, suggests as if an artist were at work here, choosing the ingredients of his craft with deliberate finality and infallible certainty.
To date, I find this image from you as the pinnacle of your achievement.
Warm regards.

Bonjour Markus
Passe un bon WE

Hello Markus,
very special shot again. The art is with the nature but the way you crop it makes it your manipulation so exciting and well thought.
You presented it in a manner that connects with the topic to give a good sense.
such a creative view that encompasses nature, beauty and creativity.
Well done.
regards,
Foozi

Hi Markus
You seem to find the most interesting rock art. This really does look like a knight holding up a sword. The shadows and tight view help to bring out this knightly form. Another artistic view.

Hi Markus,
You just have the most amazing imagination. This is exactly what I would've named it. To me it looks like the knights of old. Very well done my friend. I just love your photo's, it's like a surprise package and I can't wait for the next one.
Regards
Natley
