This guy stole a nice bartlet pair from the neighbors tree. He is contemplating jump to the the nearest tree. He did make it and with the pear in his mouth.

Hello Mike,
I have watched squirrels gather some pretty large nuts before, but never a whole pear. This is one food source that I'm sure will be eaten fairly quickly, and not stored away in a hole for a cold winters day.
A frontal POV would have been nice, but sometimes you have to just settle for what is available at the time. Very cute shot!!
