I just popped in for a few minutes and when i saw this beauty i had to say something :)
I am a reptile lover in general, so this photo is even more special for me...the iguana is gorgeous!
I really like the details and textures you managed to reproduce here as well as the magnificent colors that show its camouflage so nicely.

Saturated colours and sharpness stand out in this well composed image. The pose where the subject seems to be looking directly at the viewer adds interest.

At first, I would have liked to see the whole tail but when I saw its length on your workshop, I was glad that you concentrated on the body and the head for this shot. Smile.

What a stunning picture. The clarity of the iguana with his wonderful greens is so perfect. Those colours look so good on the grey tree branch. The glint in his eye makes him so alive. Perfect DOF to show up the creature.

After going through your gallery again I've selected this one for critique. You have a very colorful photo gallery here, with good image quality. At first I was thinking about selecting the Lion or perhaps the Tiger portrait, which both have a strong character, especially the lion. A lion with a goatey...
a portrait with a strong personality. I've never seen anything quite like it. Remarkable.

Iguana Verde, Green Iguana. I've selected this one, because it's more characteristic for Venezuela, right? And again a strong portrait. You seem to excel in that. Crisp detail. Is this coming from a bridge camera? Amazing...
I would expect it to come rather from the EOS 40D. Compliments on the composition. Not an easy thing to do with animal portraits. You've managed well. Proper focus, with background DOF, smooth bokeh.

It's easy to see why you earned a lot of points especially with this one:
