Hello Mr. Stranger

Sure great to see one from your lens again, especially when it's such a beauty. Don't you worry about catching up and being away etc. etc. We all have our moments of going and coming and the rat race rides us bare back as well. We do what we can, when we can and we don't feel guilty or that we owe any one any thing else we're going to catch a complex (or something like that).

I'm trying to figure out if this was a nesting site or was this eagle just feeding? The item in the back confuses me as I cannot figure out what it is. Anyway, it is a lovely clear shot of the bird looking intensely over its shoulder. Wonderful details are visible throughout its plumage which also displays excellent contrasts. Exposure control was spot-on and I like the rich colour tones.

This is a photo I would do anything to get.
The head back, and the perch he is on, are real plus for the composition.
