Hi Harry,

This is a magnificent image. The photo is very dinamic due to burd's position as well as the falling snow flocks. Image quality is very good with rasor sharp details on the bird and branches bellow. Very nice vay to use the light obtaining nice natural colors and contrast image sepite the light conditions.

Hallo Harry,

Een echte vogel spotter moet soms wel tegen de kou kunnen, ik kan mij voorstellen dat het hioer ook wel even zo was.
Het moment van afdrukken is op zijn minst fenomenaal, de houding en de gestroomlijnd profiel van de vogel dat we anders nooit te zien krijgen.
De klauwen en de bek in een harmonie, prachtig werk, mooi gedaan, de foto heeft het gewonnen van de kou!

The Eagle and branch is razor-sharp while the driving snow is slightly blurred adding movement and interest to the photo.
Very good composition.

Amazing expressive scene with stunning timing. You managed to catch may be the most impressive moment. Cloudy and snowy sky is fantastic element of the picture as well as the full of expressiveness pose of the majestic bird. Old dry twigs strengthen the esthetic impression. Bravo and congratulations.

Hi Harry another superb shot, the snow fall worked really well to provide good feeling of depth, the composition is well adjusted. excellent pov, sharp with good exposure. tfs rgds Necip you must have a lot of patience to get a shot like this. The last time I was in Norway it was -35c and I remember reports of up to -55c up north.

Hi Harry

I have to say that I have been absent for quite a bit longer, so had not appreciated that you were not about either... which is a real shame but sometimes it is good to take a break from TN...

Once again, my husband is looking at a job in Norway and has decided that he wants to visit Norway next March for his 40th B'day... (we are cold weather lovers!)

Anyhow the picture. It is stunning and deserves all the praise it has already had, and I am not that sure I can add much to it, except to take it to the 100 mark because it deserves it.

The colours are the bit that did it for me (other than the snow which I love).
