Elephant at the Chobe NP

Chobe National Park, in northwest Botswana, has one of the largest game concentration in Africa continent. By size, this is the third largest park of the country, after the Central Kalahari Game Reserve and the Gemsbok National Park, and is the most diverse. This is also the country's first national park. Hello Achim,
I can see similarities with Etosha through the arid conditions and the white stones.
You should expect more vegetation as it's quite close to the Chobe river, Zambezi,...well, the Crapivi stripe and it's taken in springtime(rain).
This African elephant looks a bit like a desert elephant in Namiba.
Probably adapted to desert conditions.

Hi Achim.
Great picture of a nice scene. It is very natural and impressive. Both elephant and scenery are reflected very well. I like wide DOF and excellent details of the animal, ground, stones and trees. Lights and colours are delicate and natural too. Well done and TFS.
