One more flower of Western Australia. I am not shure if it was a eucalyptus flower but it was very impressiv. Hope you like it.

Hi Pierre!
I like your series about Australia very much. Unfortunately, I can't help you with the ID for this flower, but as you say it's very impressive and very beautiful. I like the intense red colour very much and the shapes od the flower - very well higlighted by rich details - is amazing.
I see that we both are from Switzerland; do you speak French or German? I speak both...

Nice macro of a Bottlebrush flower Callistemon pachyphyllus, like the Eucalyptus genus, belonging to the MYRTACEAE family. Nice colourful presentation.

Bonjour Pierre,
Très bonne maitrise de la lumière valorisant bien la finesse des détails et la délicatesse des couleurs mais le cadrage me paraît un peu trop serré.
