Une attitude pour le moins originale saisie à l'instant décisif ; c'est bien vu et surtout bien restitué dans une belle lumière et sous une excellente profondeur de champ.

Hello Mike,
A great close-up shot of this Brown Pelican. Excellent sharpness and the colors are gorgeous. The deep blue BG really enhances the birds plumage.
I have never seen one of these birds in the wild, as we don't have pelicans here in Ohio. Well that is not completely correct....we did have one show up earlier in the January at one of our inland lakes. It was an extremely rare event and it made the news.
