Hello Pierre,
Beautiful action picture of Great Created Grebe. Still I couldn't post this species because didn't get close good shot.
I like blue colour water. Good sharpness and satisfactory details.
Just would like to fix here, in my humble opinion and it is water surface which is bit tilt left side, otherwise nice picture.

Interesting and dynamic minimalistic shot. Just the battle and nothing else... I agree with Srikumar that the pic tilts left a bit, however, it looks interesting, also with the greatly exposed water rings.
