|Seeing Argavio's recent post of a similar picture inspired me to post my own recent "stilt with reflection" picture.|
This is the New World version of the Stilt - the Black-necked Stilt. These elegant shorebirds breed and feed in shallow freshwater ponds over a large area of the United States.
Konica Minolta 7D
Sigma APO 500mm f/4.5
The contrast of their red legs and their black and white bodies is quite striking in good light. Unfortunately, the water was a little too deep to see his legs well. Their long slender legs really contribute to their elegant look.

Nice shot Chris. Perfect reflection. Nicely composed. Could be a bit sharper. Well done. Thanks.

Chris, a classic theme, a very nice photo.
I like pov and composition a lot. Great exposure too, so that there is no overexposure upon the whites.
The reflection does add a lot.
C'et une jolie photo , belle exposition la composition est belle aussi. le reflet dans l'eau fait ressortir l'image
