Yes Willie, we want more pictures from real Africa! I saw that this one you took in Limpopo. In Poland every child in kindergarten learn nursery rhyme about Limpopo. Limpopo sound for me like dreams. Great photo and big thanks for sharing!

This one looks like she has her fake fur on, wanting to get off to the Ball, and here's you holding her up to take a photo. For such a fast moving bird, this shot looks so good Willie. Well done.

Very good capture, very good colours.
I think that it is about time that you should 'move' to stills, you have great pictures and very good captures but the quality of the video cam is well seen, for example, there are lot of details that stills can take out from this bird's lovely texture.

A beautiful portrait that reminds me of hummingbirds, yet, it's not as explained in your note. A "battle royale" would be a good pic as well.

Maybe the quality of your cam in not the best for TN, but your subjects are most interesting. This days I missed you very much when I am looking at the posts and cannot find yours. This one is a stunning and colourful beautie. At first sight I thought it was a humminbird.

Willie - good note - I had assumed its a hummingbird, and appreciate the description. Very well captured - even if its not really a hummingbird, like those little fast moving birds I'm sure its really hard to capture, and the one's I've seen done well usually are setups with multiple flashes etc. to freeze the motion. Here you seem to have done it "au naturel" ;-)
