Hello Ori,
Definitely an unusual shape and quite distinct in appearance. I have never seen this particular plant before, it is very beautiful. The flowers on the ground remind me of what we call "hen and chicks", yet the long stem reaching to the sky almost looks like a totally different plant. I'm assuming this is a seed shoot.
You did a fine job of photographing it at just the right angle, in order to give us the best possible view. Super sharp focus and displaying natural colors. Excellent exposure with wonderful DOF.
