Can you imagine....this Walrus can have difficulties to get rid of body heath with temperatures around freezing level. If the sun is bright enough he just rests at ice floes and takes it real easy. This one did in the northern edge of the Svalbard (or spitsbergen) archipel at 79 North.
It was scanned from a slide. Fuji blue is prominantly present. I tried to reduce it, but further decrease gave unnatural colours.
Anyway, I hope you like it.

Curves altered

Hi Jacob.
When you mentioned the slide scanning in a little blue, (mine sometimes do) I used photoshop curves in the RGB channel and set the white point set onto the brightest piece of ice that I thought could be white. The alteration from curves I think you might like because it has bought a little brown back into the walrus and the blue is not quite so intense.
Hope you like
