This is one of the largest and most beautiful Bee orchids we found in Gargano, Pulglia, with a lip up to 18 mm long. The species s endemic to central Italy. ]The WS shows another view.

Note the "horn" at the base of the lip, s and the "tooth" at the tip of the labellum.
