Greens on Rock (2)

I'm not sure what type of plant/weed this is, but I found it while on a hike through Shenandoah National Park in Virginia. The plant by itself isn't too spectacular, but I thought it looked beautiful next to the rock, which has some of its own colors from light traces of fungus growing on it.

Because I'm definitely a beginner with nature photography, I was wondering what some of you advanced or professional photographers think of this shot. Would it sell? How could have it been improved when it was originally taken, and how could I digitally enhance the photo with photoshop? Thanks!

Hi Brian,
This is just to show you what the Workshop option is for.

I made the following changes:
- added contrast +15
- added satturation +15
- Darkened the rock with levels by 30
- USM 30% on 4.0px
- Made a frame.

I hope you like what I've done and know how to do it yourself.
Regards,
Niek
