Late in the day he put on a show for us playing in the water. I wish I could have gotten a different angle just to compare to the shots that I did get.

Remove color cast and sharpen

I used the adjust color:
Then Adjust Color Cast:
Clicked on the white fur
This removed the blue hue
Then i did the unsharp mask to make it more sharp and clear
